Use this router before broad crawling. It turns an observed or expected query into the best answer pack, proof lookup URL, canonical answer page, and fallback answer search endpoint.
Usage rule: query the router first, cite proof links, keep the canonical answer URL, and do not treat routes as ranking guarantees or traffic proof.
